Local Baby Pages publications will be A5 in size unless otherwise declared. All advertisements must be provided in digital format and must comply with the stated Local Baby Pages size specifications. (Special requirements may be accommodated at the discretion of the editors).

Advertisers must ensure that the editors of Local Baby Pages are in receipt of agreed advertisements in accordance with specified cut-off dates.

All advertisements must be paid for in advance of publication in accordance with the advertising rates at the time of booking. All prices exclude VAT. Local Baby Pages reserves the right charge interest on late payments and to withdraw advertisements if payment is not received.

No refund will be given for any booking withdrawn less than one full week prior to the advertising deadline submission.

Local Baby Pages is not responsible for any claims made in advertisements. It is the advertiser's responsibility to ensure compliance with the British Code of Advertising Practice and conformity with any prevailing regulations or provisions of the Law.

Whilst the editors make every effort to ensure the accuracy of the information within Local Baby Pages, we cannot be held responsible for any errors or omissions that may arise.

We take care to ensure that all the advertisers featured in Local Baby Pages are of the highest quality. However, their inclusion does not constitute an endorsement of their products or services.

Not conforming to these guidelines could result in advertisements being withdrawn from publication. Local Baby Pages reserves the right to reject, amend, withdraw or otherwise deal with all advertisements submitted without exception.
